At Tanowra, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please take a moment to review our return and exchange policy before placing an order.

1. Return & Exchange Conditions
Defective Products or Errors
If your item has a manufacturing defect or if there was a mistake on our part, Tanowra will cover the return shipping cost. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Free Delivery Items
Items purchased under free delivery promotions are non-returnable once accepted.

Return Window & Condition
Returns must be initiated within 2 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.

2. Product Inspection Requirement
We strongly advise customers to inspect the product in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery.

Once accepted, refunds are no longer applicable, and only size exchanges will be allowed (if stock is available).

3. Returns Due to Personal Preference
If you wish to return a product due to size issues or a change of mind, you may request a size exchange (subject to availability).

In such cases, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.


4. Important Notes: All returns must comply with the above guidelines to qualify for a refund or exchange.
